Vitamin D3 + K2 is our daily foundation softgel: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), the form your skin makes from sunlight, accompanied by vitamin K2 as MK-7.
The two are paired on purpose. D3 supports your body's normal absorption of calcium; K2 supports the normal calcium metabolism that follows — helping that calcium be put to work maintaining healthy bones, as part of everyday cardiovascular wellness.
